>I wasn’t surprised to learn that Kiran Desai won the Man Booker Prize for The Inheritance of Loss–which I have but of course haven’t yet read. It makes it even more tempting to go back to Under the Volcano in January since she’ll be teaching along with Grace Paley. Amazing lineup.
