>The New York Times will publish its annual list of 100 Notable Books in the December 2 issue of the Book Review, by which time it will be thoroughly anti-climactic because it will be been dissected by writers and readers everywhere. There are some great books here, and I’ve read several. But I’ve clearly got my work cut out for me!

About the author
