Ploughshares is the top U.S. literary magazine by a mile, which must be both a blessing and a curse for Randolph. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, she changes.

>I guess I could have been more specific about what I was referring to, but I go by my own, OBJECTIVE ranking system which is based on Pushcart Prizes and Special Mentions received since 2000, and on that list Ploughshares is in fact way ahead of all other magazines.
