Reading Submissions: International Stories Wanted

Submissions have been open for about a month for Volume III of Everywhere Stories: Short Fiction from a Small Planet and I’ve begun reading. The Submission Guidelines list the countries we’ve already covered in the first two volumes. So far, most writers have followed the guidelines and haven’t sent us stories set in countries we’ve already done. I’m grateful for that.

We do plan to do another US story in this volume, so those are welcome, but I’m surprised by how many stories I’m getting that are set in the United States. It’s going to be tough to choose the best story from among those. I’d love to see more stories set in other countries, and those will have a much better chance of getting selected for the anthology.

The deadline to submit is November 30, 2017, so check the Guidelines and send us something!
